(Ted) COE, former president of the Central Arizona Light & Power Co., which occurred at his home in Phoenix early Tuesday morning. Mr. Coe, who retired in 1951, was a frequent visitor to the Wickenburg community while he was active in the affairs of the company which is now known as Arizona Public Service Co. He had been in ill health for several years.
