ZAHGOTAH, Carson

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona 08/28/2009 Carson Zahgotah of Whiteriver entered into rest Aug. 20, 2009, in Mesa. He was born Nov. 4, 1963, in Whiteriver. Carson is survived by his daughters, Carissa Anna Zahgotah and Clarissa Anne Zahgotah; sister Ann Maria Skidmore; brother-in-law Israel Skidmore; uncles George Quintero Sr., Bobby Quintero Sr., Virgil Quintero and Miller Quintero; aunt Julia Lou Quintero; along with many aunts, uncles, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Arson Zahgotah; mother Verna Quintero; sisters Katherine Zahgotah, Cathy Zahgotah and Kathlena Zahgotah; brother Andy Apachito; grandparents Dora and Wallace Quintero; and nephew Michael Wayne Baha. A two-night wake started at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 27, at his residence at 3908 N. Potter St. in North Fork. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 29, at the North Fork Miracle Church with Pastor Lex Baha officiating. Interment will be at the Whiteriver Cemetery following funeral services. Silver Creek Chapel Mortuary of Whiteriver handled arrangements.
