Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, January 10, 2008 Robert L Short, age 55, of Chino Valley, Ariz., passed away Jan. 7, 2008, in Prescott. Robert was born Nov. 20, 1952, in Prescott to Pleas and Mildred Short. Robert grew up in Chino Valley where he loved being a dad to three wonderful children. He is survived by his loving wife Janet and their three children, Robert, Benjamin and Melissa (Short) and her husband Jesse Burgess; Robert’s daughter Amy Hatch; and his little sister Terry Sowders. A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2008, at Word of Life Church, 2200 N. Highway 89 in Prescott. Chino Valley Funeral Home cared for the family. Information provided by survivors.
