Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ, Friday, April 30, 1943 FUNERAL HELD FOR SAM P. MIKESELL Funeral services were conducted April 22nd for Sam P. Mikesell, 71 years old, who passed away April 21st at the Wickenburg hospital following a brief illness. The Rev. B. Ross Cleeland officiated, and interment was made in the Wickenburg Cemetery. Mr Mikesell had been a resident of Arizona for 30 years and had resided in this district the last seven years. He was employed by the town council as watchman at the water tank and resided nearby.
