Raymond "Zippy" Cook, 61, of Mayer, Ariz., born May 10, 1948, in Grand Rapids, Mich., passed away Nov. 5, 2009, in Dewey, Ariz.

A celebration of Zippy's life will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2009, at the Bob Stump VA Medical Center Chapel with inurnment to follow with full military honors at the Prescott National Cemetery.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
