Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona September 24, 1996 Nancy B. Carr of Wickenburg died July 20 in Wickenburg. She was 98. Mrs Carr was born Feb 3, 1898 in Coatopa, Ala. She had lived in Arizona for the past 30 years, coming from Nevada. Survivors include her nieces, LeNell Boley of El Paso, Texas, and Cora Hollinquist; nephew Walter Bolton Jr.; and great-grandniece Jadean Roberts of Kilgore, Texas and Sharon and Annette Crenshaw of Alabama. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. David Carr of Wickenburg. Graveside services were held Tuesday, July 23, [1996] in the Wickenburg Municipal Cemetery. Pastor Bill Root officiated. Contributions in Mrs. Carr’s name may be made in Wickenburg Regional health Center Foundation, Nursing Home Expansion Fund. P.O. box 1388, Wickenburg, Ariz. 85358. Frey Funeral Home and Cremation Service was in charge of all arrangements.
