He was born June 22, 1950 in Waukegan, Illinois, the son of Henry Perry, Sr., and Dorothy Young Perry. He was a 1968 graduate of Warren High. He worked for Black & White Checkered Cab Company in Waukegan. He was a Nascar Race fan. Preceding him in death were his parents. Mr. Perry is survived by his lifepartner of eight years Antoinette Murphy; a brother Jack Perry (Karen) of Brookston, Illinois; a sister Mary Schrader (Andy) of Waukegan, Illinois.
