Tandres Kem Almeida, 32, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born July 22, 1974, in Sao Paulo, Brazil, died Sunday, Sept. 17, 2006, in Prescott Valley.

Memorial services in honor of T.K. will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, at Calvary Chapel, 2313 E. Highway 69, Prescott Valley.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials in T.K.'s name to the Lance Armstrong Foundation, P.O. Box 161150, Austin, Tx., 78716.
