Jeffery Alan Ely, 46, of Cottonwood, Ariz., born May 5, 1960, in Auburn, Ind., died Sunday, Sept. 24, 2006, in Cottonwood.

All services will be in Michigan.  Burial will take place at Covington Memorial Gardens in Ft. Wayne, Indiana
