Catherine Elizabeth Stephens, 64, of Ash Fork, Ariz., born Jan. 17, 1942, in Brea, Calif., died Sunday, Sept. 24, 2006, at the Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott.

A private cremation will take place at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz.
