Norvel Owens Mortuary, Flagstaff, Arizona Justin Ryan Jackson (December 5, 1991 - July 10, 2008) Justin Ryan Jackson, 16 of Flagstaff passed away July 10, 2008. He was born December 5, 1991 in Glendora, California to Jason and Laureena Jackson. Justin was a very outgoing fun kid who loved to joke and dance. He had many friends and family who loved him and were touched by his beautiful smile and personality. He will forever be remembered and loved by many. He was aspiring to be a Chef and own his own restaurant someday. He is survived by his brothers, Jordan, Angel, and Gabriel, sisters Sheree, Sammy and Arianna, his parents, Jason and Laureena Jackson, Grandparents Robert and Lena Jackson, Larry Layva and Albert Perez. He is also survived by his uncles, Richard and Donnie Jackson, Joe Layva, and Matthew Perez. Justin was preceded in death by his grandmother Patricia Perez and step-mother Kerri Jackson. A celebration of his life will be Thursday, July 17, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Norvel Owens Mortuary, 914 E. Route 66.
