ALCOVER, Roberta

West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona January 6, 2006 Roberta Alcover, 49, of Buckeye died Dec. 31, 2005. Ms. Alcover was born June 8, 1956, in Honolulu, Hawaii. She is survived by two daughters, Kristin Day Mikala Byers and Jessica Lynn Pomaikai’i Whiting; two sons, Glenn Robert Maleko Whiting and Ryan Mark Kapono Whiting; her mother, Florence Alcover; her grandmother, Remedios Davin; three sisters, Pamela Roberts, Stephanie Pochinski and Lori Jackson; and one grandchild. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Thompson’s Valley West Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Rd. in Goodyear. A service will be held at 11 a.m. Jan. 9, also at Thompson’s Valley West Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Avondale. Thompson’s Valley West Funeral Chapel made the arrangements.
