He was born May 23, 1948 in Flagstaff, the son of Ramon and Consuelo Encisco Jauregui. He was a graduate of Coconino High School. He worked in the laboratory in the mining industry for Phelps Dodge. Mr. Jauregui was Exalted Ruler of Elks Lodge #413 in Silver City, New Mexico. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mr. Jauregui is survived by a son Staff Sergeant Esteban Jauregui and a daughter MariaElena Jauregui and one grandchild. Private family services were held.
