Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ, Friday, June 4, 1943 FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MAURY McALMOND Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at the Wickenburg Cemetery for Maury McAlmond, 71, who passed away Monday afternoon in the Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix. Services were held Thursday morning at 10 a. m. at the Morteson and Kingsley Mortuary in Phoenix. Mr McAlmond is survived by his wife, Eugenia [Regina], two daughter, Mrs Lucille Stone and Mrs Pauline Sabo, three sons, George, Fred and Howard, who is in the armed forces, two sisters and two brothers. Miss Alice McAlmond was the only sister able to attend the services. Mr McAlmond has been in ill health for a number of years and has redided in Wickenburg until a few months ago, when he was taken to Phoenix.
