POLK, William R.

William R. Polk, 83, of St. David, a retired bus driver, died Jan. 9, 1999. He was born in Rhine, Georgia. 

Survivors include his daughters, Shelby Haynes, Brenda Joyce Salamone, Faith Sessions, and Kathy Ramona Myrow; son, William R. Jr.; 16 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Services: 10 a.m. Friday, Faith Assembly of God, 1441 W. Glendale Ave., Glendale. Rude Family Northwest Mortuary.
