KNIZNER, Thomas R. (Ace)

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Wednesday, January 1, 2003 Thomas R. (Ace) Knizner, 71, passed away December 29, 2002. He is survived by his wife, Dolores of 47 years; his children, sons, Michael of Glendale and Robert of Ohio; daughters, Diane Meszaros of Chino Valley and Lisa Gerberry of Avondale; grandchildren, Rob of Ohio and Nicole and Rebeccah and sister, Vernie Velardo. A memorial mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 3, 2003, St. Stephen's Byzantine Catholic Church, 8141 N. 16th St., Phoenix, Az., 85020. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, Az., 85014.
