BARNARD, James E.

Funeral for James E. Barnard will be May 2, 1994, at Young's Funeral Home. Mr. Barnard died April 28, 1994, of causes related to age. He was 83. He was born June 17, 1910, in Montrose, Colo. He was educated in Colorado, Piedmont, Calif., and attended high school in Prineville. In 1933, he married his wife, Ila. He retired after working 15 years as auditor for the Arizona sales tax division. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Surviving in addition to his wife are sons, Jim of Tigard and Wayne of Phoenix, Ariz.; daughter, Kathy Denny of Phoenix, Ariz.; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
