The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Friday, January 3, 2003 James John Carbacio, passed away December 28, 2002 in Phoenix, Arizona. James was born May 3, 1911 in Blaine, West Virginia. He was the son of Giusseppi and Eleanor Martinelli Carbacio. James is survived by his sisters: Patricia Carbacio and Eleanor Sahlin, a brother, Joseph Carbacio and his grandchildren, Michele and Stephanie Sahlin. Donations may be made to the Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower Street, Phoenix, Arizona, 85012. A viewing for family and friends will be held Friday, January 3, 2002 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. with the funeral services beginning at 7:00 p.m., both will be held at the Paradise Chapel Funeral Home, 3934 East Indian School Road, Phoenix, Arizona.
