Francis Duane Pepka, 69, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born Sept. 15, 1938, in Milbank, S.D., passed away Jan. 18, 2008, at Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott, Ariz. 

Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, 2008, at Saint Luke’s Episcopal Church, 2000 Shepherds Lane, Prescott, Ariz. 

Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel assisted the family with arrangements.
