CHAVEZ, Lupita (DeeDee)

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Saturday, January 4, 2003 Lupita (Dee Dee) Chavez, 68, passed away on January 1, 2003 at Phoenix Baptist Hospital. She was born in Albuquerque, N.M. on December 12, 1934. She is survived by her husband of 43 years Adam (Denny) Chavez; daughter, Ada Ann Taylor and husband Anthony of Phoenix Az.; son, Adam J. Chavez and wife Jan of Seattle Wash.; grandchild, Natlie Paige Taylor; cousins, Margaret Atencio of Albuquerque N.M. and Joanie Andre of Phoenix Az. and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Sunday, January 5, 2003 from 6-8 p.m. with at Rosary at 7 p.m. at Greer-Wilson Funeral Home, 5921 W. Thomas Rd, Phoenix Az. Funeral Mass will be Monday, January 6, 2003 at 10 a.m. at Sts. Simon and Jude Cathedral, 6351 N. 27th Avenue, Phoenix, Az. Her love and generosity will be missed by all who were privileged to know her.
