A memorial service will be held January 20, 2003 at 4:30 p.m., United Universalist Congregation of Phoenix. Donations in J.C's name may be made to the Memorial Garden Fund, Unit-arian Universalist Congregation of Phoenix 4027 E. Lincoln Dr., Paradise Valley, Az., 85253.
