He is survived by his wife Shelia; parents, Ronald and Irv Wylie, Roby and Carole Culley; grandfather William DeDoes; children, Timothy Cullins, and Shearon Cathline Cullins-Chapel; brothers, Mark (Peggy) Wylie and Michael (Susan) Wylie; nieces and nephews; also his beloved dog "Shadow". Funeral services will be on Monday, January 6, 2003 at 12:00 noon at Green Acres Chapel of Light, 401 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale, Arizona, with a visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the mortuary.
