HEADY, Kenneth Wightman

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, January 5, 2003 Kenneth Wightman Heady passed away Thursday, January 2, 2003 in Scottsdale, Arizona. He is survived by his wifetwo2 childr; two brothers; a sister, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He happily spent his career of over 50 years in the broadcast industry from Armed Forces Radio Network-Europe in WWII to retirement from the Arizona Broadcasters Assn. His avocations included writing poetry, acting in local theater, and many years of service to St. Barnabas Episcopal Church. He was a man of integrity, loyalty and abiding faith. Memorial services will be held Monday, January 6, 2003 at St. Barnabas on the Desert Episcopal Church, 6715 N. Mockingbird Lane, Paradise Valley, Az., 85253. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church. Arrangements by Messinger Indian School Mortuary.
