Delvan J. Perkins, 20, of Phoenix, Ariz., died Sunday, May 10, 1992. 

The Hicksville, Indiana, native moved to Arizona last year. 

Surviving are his mother, Jayme Middaugh of Hicksville; his father, Delvan E. of Mesa, Ariz.; a sister, Jackie Perkins of Hicksville and Angie Haines of Harlan; brothers, David Perkins of Mesa and Joe Haines of Hicksville; and grandparents, James Miller of Hicksville, and Mr. and Mrs. Ted Perkins of Iowa. Services (Ohio time) Saturday, May 16, 1992, in Brown Funeral Home, Hicksville, where calling begins Saturday. Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery, Indiana.
