POWELL, Julia Elizabeth

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, January 5, 2003 Julia Elizabeth Powell, 95, passed away December 31, 2002 in Phoenix. She is survived by her nephews, Ken Wagoner of San Diego, Ed Wagoner of Oklahoma, James Richard Powell of Fountain Hills, and her beloved niece, LuAnn Powell, who spent many joyful hours with "Aunt Judy". Julia was an active member of the Daughters of the Nile in Phoenix. She was a teacher who taught in both Colorado and the Phoenix school systems. She lived for eighteen years at Chris Ridge Village Health Center and appreciated, so much, the personnel there. No services will be held.
