West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona January 6, 2009 Tywin Shanell Alexander, 23, of Baton Rouge, La., and formerly of Buckeye died Dec. 29, 2008. He was born No. 25, 1985, in Baton Rouge. He was employed by Veolia Environmental Services as a hydro-blaster. He is survived by his daughter, Salaila Shanell Alexander-Billups; his mother, Roslyn R. Dunn-Alexander; his father, Byron Quentin; one sister, Ratasha Michelle; and one brother, Cartail Quentin. Services were held Jan. 3 in Louisiana.
