West Valley View, Avondale, AZ January 13, 2009 Victor Felipe Garcia, 24, of Phoenix and formerly Avondale died Jan. 8, 2009. Mr. Garcia was born Feb. 25, 1984, in Phoenix. He attended Agua Fria High School. He is survived by his wife, Jessica Sagarnaga; his mother, Victoria; three sisters, Patricia Maldonado, Pamela Maldonado and Erika Jasmin Chavrria; and two brothers, Manuel Terrazas and Miguel Angel Montoya. Visitation will run from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Crystal Rose Funeral Home, 9155 W. Van Buren St. in Tolleson. A rosary will be recited at 7. A Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Thursday at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 539 E. La Pasada Blvd. in Goodyear. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Avondale.
