West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona January 23, 2009 Joseph M. Decroce, 60, of Phoenix died Jan. 17, 2009. Mr. Decroce was retired from the Air Force as a master sergeant and a retired electrician from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 640. He is survived by his wife, Lesley; and two sons, Mark and Robert. No services are planned. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 9720 W. Peoria Ave., Suite 128, Peoria, AZ 85345. Palm Funeral Home in Sun City made the arrangements
