Teresa K. Moore, beloved daughter of Paul and Ardis Moore, May 17, 1954 - January 24, 2003. 

Survived by her son Lynn, her mother Ardis, her brothers Mike and Greg, her sister Maureen, and her nephews Gary, Chris, Brady and T.J. 

Memorial service will be Tuesday, January 28th, 7-8 p.m. at Greer-Wilson Funeral Home, 5921 W. Thomas Rd, Phoenix, Az.
