Notice is hereby given that Nettie Bader has filed in this court a certain document purporting to be the last Will and Testament of said Jacob Bader, who petitioner alleges, is deceased and that letters testamentary issue thereon to said petitioner, and that same will be heard on Monday, the 28th day of September, A.D. 1925, at 1:30 o'clock in the afternoon of said day, at the court room of said Court, at the Court House, in the City of Phoenix, County of Maricopa, State of Arizona, and all persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of petitioner should not be granted.
