George Gill Ruiz, 62, of Goodyear died Feb. 3, 2009, in Goodyear. 

Mr. Ruiz was born April 28, 1946, in Phoenix. 

He is survived by his wife, Alice; two daughters, Kathleen Gutierrez and Georgina Vasquez; two sons, George Gill Jr. and Daniel Robles; four sisters, Maria, Anita, Juana and Ramona; three brothers, Ramon, Robert and Manuel, and 11 grandchildren.

Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Feb. 10 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church at Litchfield and Thomas roads in Avondale.
