DETZEL, Maria Antonieta

West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona February 13, 2009 Maria Antonieta Detzel, 58, of Minnesota and formerly of Litchfield Park died Feb. 5, 2009, in Isabela, Minn. Mrs. Detzel was born Oct. 8, 1950, in San Buenaventura, Mexico. In 1955, her family moved to Litchfield Park where she attended Litchfield Elementary School. She graduated from Agua Fria High School in 1969. She was a hair stylist, first working in Sun City for many years before moving to Minnesota where she worked for the past 14 years in Ely. She is survived by her husband, Carl; one daughter, Renee King of Indiana; two sons, Leonardo Gomez of Texas and Mario Gomez of Massachusetts; one stepdaughter, Tammy Belton of Minnesota; one stepson, Jason of Florida; her mother, Guadalupe Enriquez of Avondale; six brothers, Arturo Enriquez of Litchfield Park, Raul Enriquez of Tucson, Joe Enriquez of Tucson, Juan Enriquez of Avondale, Nacho Enriquez of Apache Junction and Tony Enriquez of Tucson; three sisters, Patty Barragan of Glendale, Mary Garcia of Waddell and Delia Villa of Goodyear; and 11 grandchildren. Services will be Feb. 15 in Ely, Minn. An Arizona service will be held later this month.
