MEEKS, Ada P. Clemens

Ada P. Clemens Meeks, 88, died March 22, 1992, Phoenix, AZ. 

Born in Pennsylvania, Mrs. Meeks had been an Akron, Ohio, resident for more than 30 years, living the last 50 years in Arizona. 

Preceded in death by first husband, Phillip Clemens, and daughter,
Geraldine, she is survived by husband, Norman Meeks; daughters, Barbara 
Tedrick of Phoenix, Beverly Reading of Scottsdale; son, Phillip 'Jack' Clemens of Prescott; sisters, Mabel Hamman of California and Mary Park of Akron, OH; brothers, Leonard Baith of Shelby, Mayward Baith of Arizona and Leo Baith of Cleveland; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. 

Dr. Paul D. Outland officiated at service Friday, March 27, 1992, at the Dunn-Quigley-Ciriello & Carr Fairlawn Chapel (39 S. Miller Rd.), where friends may call one hour prior to service. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park.
