West Valley View, Avondale, AZ February 24, 2009 Philip Andrew Dollery, 22, of Goodyear died Feb. 18, 2009, in Goodyear. Mr. Dollery was born July 5, 1986, in Columbus, Ohio. He worked for G&K Uniform Services for more than a year. He is survived by his daughter, Juliana Grace Dollery; his mother, Margie Nothnagel; his father, Marvin Dollery; his stepfather, Andy Nothnagel; one brother, Mitchell; the mother of his daughter, Samantha Johnson; and three grandparents, Mabel Dollery, David Thompson and Etta Ruth Thompson.
