West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona February 24, 2009 Thomas Larry Wills Jr., 50, of Tolleson died Feb. 18, 2009, in Sun City. Mr. Wills was born Feb. 28, 1958, in Redding, Calif., to Thomas Sr. and Lillian. His family moved to Arizona when he was a child. He graduated from Tolleson Union High School. He graduated from Estrella Mountain Community College with degrees in math and English. He married Debbie Engle on Oct. 12, 1985. He retired from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office. He was also a business owner and a chief estimator. He was an usher and sound technician at Eagle's Wings Christian Center. He is survived by his wife, Debbie; three daughters, Christina Barnes, Tommie Wills-O'pry and Laycie Macias; three sons, Travis, Justin and Jeremy; one sister, Teresa Swisher of Kansas; two brothers, Clyde and Ted, both of Kansas; and three grandchildren. Visitation will be 11 a.m. today at Eagle's Wings Christian Center, 6301 W. Thomas Road in Phoenix. Services will begin at noon, followed by a luncheon at Desert Springs Community Church, 14440 W.
