West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona December 31, 2004 Heather Lynn Kays, 14, of Avondale died Dec. 28, 2004. Ms. Kays was born March 30, 1990, in Glendale. She lived in Arizona all her life, and was a student at Millennium High School, where she was as officer in the Future Farmers of America and played on the school volleyball team. Ms. Kays is survived by her parents, Mei Lan and Brian Kays; two sisters, Rachel and Madison; one brother, Dustin; and her grandparents, Kay and Irvin Kays and Judith Loo. Visitation will be at 9:30 a.m. Jan. 4, 2005, at Valley West Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road in Goodyear. A service will follow at 11 a.m. Valley West Funeral Chapel made the arrangements.
