Holly Denise Martin, 29, of Buckeye died Dec. 21, 2006. 

Mrs. Martin was born Feb. 12, 1977, in Monroe, N.C., and moved to Arizona in June 2005. She worked as a caregiver.

Mrs. Martin is survived by her husband, Sean; four daughters; Angelica, Hannah, Abiageal and Mackenzie; one son, Robert; her mother; Debbie Helms; one sister, Heather; and one brother, John Helms. 

A service will be held at 2 p.m. today at Adobe Chapel Funeral Home 218 N. Central Ave. in Avondale, which made the arrangements.
