The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Thursday, January 30, 2003 Martha Marie Carter, age 59, of Phoenix, Arizona, died January 26, 2003. A native of Newark, N.J. and an area resident for over 20 years. Martha was employed as a Respiratory Therapist at Boswell Medical Center. She was a member of the National Board of Respiratory Care. She is survived by her husband; Raymond; four sisters and two brothers; Zelma McClure; Walter Nash, Diana Crew, Elizabeth Batts, Veronica Nash and Clayborn Nash. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 5 - 7 p.m. in the Chapel of Universal Memorial Center, 1100 E. Jefferson St. Memorial Services will be held at 7 p.m.
