Allen Ashworth, 61, of Phoenix, passed away January 26, 2003. 

He is survived by his wife of 33 years Carolyn, daughter Christina and husband Guy Russell, son Jeffery Ashworth, sister Charlotte Sade, grandson Anthony George, granddaughter Kayla Fish. 

A memorial Service will begin at 1:00pm, Tuesday, February 4, 2003 at Advantage Colonial Chapel, 4141 N. 19th Avenue. I

In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Veterans Medical Center.
