The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 2, 2003 Betty Katherine Kearney, 84, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away January 27, 2003. She was a Veteran of the United States Navy. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority for over 60 years. She is survived by her husband, Ray; son, Ronald; daughter, Colleen Jefferies daughter-in-law, Evelyn; grandsons, Chris Jefferies and Sean Kearney. Memorial Services will be held Saturday, February 8, 2003 at 2:00 P.M. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Bethany Home Ward, 8710 N. 3rd Ave., Phoenix, AZ. (Courtesy of Pat Wilson)
