The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 2, 2003 Judith Dean Spagnuolo, 46, of Phoenix, passed away January 29, 2003. She was born in Bristol, Tennessee on April 15, 1956. A homemaker, Judith spent most of her adult life in Phoenix, Az. Private services were held. She was loved and will be missed by Tiffany, Jewel, and Jim.
