Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at the Paradise Chapel Funeral Home, 3934 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix, Arizona. Services Thursday, January 9, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. at the Paradise Chapel Funeral Home, 3934 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix, Arizona. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E Flower Street, Phoenix, Arizona, 85012.
