Judith Ann Johnson Pelley, 48, of Scottsdale, a nurse, died Dec. 29, 1999. She was born in Fort Worth. 

Survivors include her daughter, Lauren Beth; mother, Dorothy L. McAvay; stepfather, Bernard D. McAvay; and brothers, Michael, stephen and James Johnson.
