Charles "Tad" Porch, 69, of Phoenix, a retired contractor, died Dec. 26, 1999. He was born in Berkeley, Calif. Survivors include his wife, Patricia; daughters, Sharon Tischler, Sareda H. Schramm and Lori Garver; sons, Craig Cobley and Michael H.; and seven grandchildren. No services are planned. Contributions: American Heart Association, 2929 S. 48th St., Tempe, AZ 85282.
