Dora E. Ranks, 88, of Phoenix, a retired accounting bookkeeper, died Dec. 25, 1999. She was born in Baltimore. Survivors include her daughter, Kay McCreary; sons, Walter and Wayne; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. No services are planned. Arizona Aftercare. The Arizona Republic 12/31/1999.
