HALVERSON, Jane Marian

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Monday, December 07, 2009 Jane Marian Halverson August 25, 1954 - December 2, 2009 Jane was born in Ocala, Fla., to Edward and Jenny Shryock. She moved with her family to Prescott, Ariz., in 1963 and graduated Prescott High School in 1972. She made a profession of faith in Jesus Christ and was saved and born again Sept. 15, 1975. She has never wavered from that decision. On Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2009, she passed on to be with her Savior. She is survived by her father, Edward Shryock; her husband, Dennis Halverson of Prescott, Ariz.; her two sons, Jonathan E. Halverson of Atlanta, Ga., and Matthan D. Halverson of Prescott, Ariz. For the last 13 years, Jane has been the librarian for Liberty Traditional School in Prescott Valley, Ariz. She loved the library and the kids who visited it over the years. Jane loved her family and many friends dearly and had an amazing ability to make us all laugh. There will be a Celebration of Life service for Jane at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 12, 2009, at The Potter's House Christian Fellowship Church, 5195 Highway 89, Prescott, Ariz., at the intersection of Highways 89 and 89A.
