Francis C. Turnbow, 69, of Chino Valley, Ariz., born May 15, 1940, in Peoria, Ill., passed away Nov. 21, 2009.

Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, 2009, at the Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel, 8480 E. Valley Road, Prescott Valley. A Celebration of Life will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6, 2009, at the Chino Valley American Legion.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
