The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Thursday, January 9, 2003 Eva D. Carrasco, of Phoenix, passed away January 6, 2003. She was born May 11, 1933 in Fort Davis, Texas. She is survived by her four children, Daniel Jr. of Phoenix, Gilbert of Gilbert, Jerry of Norco, Anna of Phoenix. She also leaves seven grandchildren Gabriel, Jennifer, Tom, Adam, Jeremy, Anthony, Victor. She is also survived by her brothers Jim, Carlos, Willie, and sister Lily. Visitation: Thursday, January 9, 2003, 6-7 p.m., Rosary 7:00 p.m. at Green Acres Glendale Mortuary, 5830 West Missouri Ave., Glendale, Az.
