Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory. Lake Havasu City, Arizona September 12, 1917 to November 01, 2009 Ellis E. Prouty passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2009 in Kingman, AZ at the age of 92. Bud, as he was known to his family and friends, was born on September 12, 1917 in Allegan, MI to Orson and Mary (Powers) Prouty. Bud and his wife Nora moved to Lake Havasu City in March of 1973 from Allegan, MO and they both went to work for the McCulloch Corporation. Bud was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Nora who passed away on September 28,2007. He is survived by his sons Roger Prouty of Traverse City, MI and Ronald Prouty of Kalamazoo, MI: daughters Cheryl Bakker of Holland, MI and Nancy Fehn of Mundelein, IL as well as eight grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
