Ardith E. "Ardy" Rice, 63, passed away April 10, 2003. Ardith was born Feb. 22, 1940 to Roger and Marguerite Wolcott in Pequot Lakes, Minn. She married Leo Rice on Oct. 21, 1967. They moved to Arizona in 1979 and made their home in Wickenburg since 1989.
Ardith made a career in the banking industry. She was a lover of animals and an avid supporter of the Arizona Humane Society.
Ardith is survived by husband Leo; sister Wanda Davis (Lyle), of Sandy, Utah; brother Jim Wolcott of Pequot, Minn.; nieces Ardell Carroll (Bill) and Diane Canada (Doug), of Salt Lake City, Utah; nephew Greg Davis of North Dakota; six great nieces and nephews, Melissa, Danielle, Rochelle, David, Crystal and Elliott; one great-great niece Samantha.
Donations in lieu of flowers are requested to be made to the Arizona Humane Society.
Services have already been held. Frey Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
